These shorts have a low swung fit and high fashion attitude! They fall just above my knees and just below my belly button, but I tell you it's the swing of the roomy thigh that gives them (and you) the perfect swag for just about any event you choose to wear them. The sizing was just right too. I al...ways order two sizes because different brands often fit me differently. The 33 was perfect so I exchanged the 34 down to the 33. You will LOVE them I certainly do!
I initially ordered the red pair in my usual size 30 (10) and they fit loose like I know they're supposed to but I could wear them high up on my waist or they slid down to my hips and I could stretch them easily out at least three inches from the waist. I thought surely the next size down would stil...l be be relaxed but not quite as loose. So I order them in red again and also in white since I was sure this was the right decision. The white wouldn't come close to fastening and measured 29" exactly across the waist and the red measured 28" exactly around the waist and wouldn't fit over my hips. So there is a quality control issue going on. These were all in the tall length which is 12.5" inseam not 11" inseam in case anyone was wondering.

Loved the length and the material, however the waist is big, even when worn on low hip, can work with a belt and the style is cute enough that I will keep it.

I don't understand why shorts are made out of heavy denim, when light weight denim is available. They were quite large in the legs, which is ok if the fabric was lightweight, but bulky with the heavier denim. I returned them due to the heavy weight of the denim.

I just got these in the mail and ran to the reviews because I am beyond happy with this purchase! I'm pear shaped and a size 30 in most jeans. I shy away from brands or lines that aren't specifically curve lines because normal jeans/bottoms have ginormous gapping on me in the waist. I did not have that problem with these shorts and couldn't be happier! I've been searching high and low for this wash and length these are perfect and 100% cotton too which is a huge plus for me. Thank you gap for making these mid size/curve friendly. < 3

I had to return these shorts because they had gapping at the back of my waist. I couldn't size down anymore because they fit good on my legs and hips at that size.
