After trying on this dress in all 3 colors, I decided to get them in black and olive. The beige dress look quite cheap since the seam at the waist look too sloppy imo. It would have been great if it came with a belt to hide the seam for a more polished look. The darker colors didn't show much so it ...actually look nice on. For reference I'm 5'2 110lbs 34c 26-27 waist, size XS regular fits perfectly. The longest part of the length is a little above my ankle, the shortest part is at mid calf. I love midi length dresses so I approved this look. Definitely go with Petite if you preferred it shorter. I tried size S and the tank part was a bit loose which made the waist loose, the bottom part just didn't drape well. This dress looks best when the tank top part fits tightly on you. The top has a lot of stretch and a little thicker material tank that holds everything together, the bottom has a bit of stretch, and very light and airy. It feels very comfortable on, machine wash and dry well too, no shrinkage.
I am 5'3 118 lbs and bought an extra small. The bottom was okay, a little bit of extra material in my opinion. The chest area was way too tight and I am a 34 A, so not large chested. The difference between the top and bottom was weird to me. It is very well made and a beautiful dress though. Sa...d to have to send it back as the small would be way too big at the bottom.

I have this dress in olive green, and love it so much I bought it in black too. I find it is flattering due to the stretchy top and slightly flared out skirt. I'm 4'11" and 140 lbs, and I don't need to hem the dress in S petite, but I do occasionally trip over the hem when walking on stairs, so just be careful of that. #sweepstakes
