This dress is pretty and very flattering. It is form fitting around the waist and mid section and slightly flares. My children told me that I looked skinny in it and I got lots of compliments at work. The length is great and not too short for work but I am 5' 2". It is also great for a date night or brunch with the girls.

I ordered my regular size and even verified with the size chart that this would fit. (5'8" size 12 pants I ordered a Large Tall.) The shoulder straps are too long they fall off of my shoulders even though my breasts are large and fill out the top of the dress. It doesn't have any give around the hips and with the side zipper I feel like it quite honestly might tear if I were to sit down in it. Gap, please fix the proportions of this dress because it is sooo pretty and I really wanted to wear this.
