Never received my item even though it's marked as delivered. Talked with 2 service representatives only to get an outside service website that is useless to file a missing item claim. Really thinking about switching companies of where I buy my clothes. Old navy is really going down hill fast!

I really like the white ruffle ankle socks. But they only come in sets with black socks. I would like to order more of the white ones without having to also get more black socks. While there is a just-white option, well sort of, but it's creamy yellow off-white, but more so, those are ribbed, which makes them a little too warm for the warmer weather. Please, please have an option of just the (non-ribbed) white ruffle ankle socks. They're really great for summer. Please!
