This fits my very curvy body well, although I do wear a minimizing bra to flatten my chest a bit. I gained a ton of weight this year after breaking my ankle, twice (8 months apart), & this is the most flattering dress I've found in all of my searching & trying on different dresses. I love that it'...s cotton poplin too!!! It'll be very cooling to wear cotton in the heat of the summer. I wish this came in more colors bc I'd buy more than the turquoise (the blue stripe didn't look right to me, I usually like blue stripe but this blue stripe highlighted my chest instead of minimizing it.). I don't knis what I was thinking when I longed for a larger chest lol! It's not as wonderful as I'd imagined!
I really wanted to love this cotton poplin dress in my favourite colour. I ordered the large petite and it was too big in the chest for my DDs, and just looked ridiculous without a bra. Unfortunately none of my bras were low cut enough to not show. So i returned the large and got a medium petite. Th...e medium fit much better below my armpits, but the strap area was way too small and it looked bad. Will be returning the medium as well. Congratulations to everyone with the right proportions to make this dress work.

Sorry, I usually love The Gap dresses, but this on feels cheap. The materials feels like thin paper. Thank goodness I paid less than $14 for it because I think it was a final sale.

The straps are very long. The fabric tag states "100% cotton" but it feels more like crepe paper/paper bag. Definitely doesn't feel great while wearing :(.

gapcanada.ca/According the tag this dress is 100% cotton but the feel is much more like a paper bag or crepe paper. It is very stiff and has long straps. The top is quite large. Honestly for the price you pay the dress does not match the price.
