True to size. Very high waisted. I'm 5'9 and long waisted and this comes above my belly button. The split hem at the bottom is a cute detail. I wish there was a bit more distressing.

I was thrilled to see Gap bring back the capri jean. I did order them in short even though I am 5'4" so they hit about 2" below my knee. They easily dress up or down with the slit on the side.
