I went with a medium tall, normally I'm between a 4-6 in pants. Currently 6 months pregnant so I just stayed with the same size since it is a stretch waistband. These are long enough for my 5'9 height I normally like an inseam of 33-35. Yes they are baggy but that's how they are shown in the images ...
I was so excited to order two more colors after receiving my first pair in the denim striped. I went to buy the cream and darker pink. When they came they all claim to be a medium but the cream is insanely small. The pink is smaller than the first striped pair I got but still the sizing doesn't line...
These looked ridiculous on my 5 foot four frame almost like clown pants or something I couldn't be taken seriously wearing them. I ordered multiple sizes and washes and I still haven't received them all but once I do, I'll be sending them back.

These are my favourite pants of all time. I now own 6 pairs. My first two pairs were regular length. I sized down to a large — for reference I'm a size 16. Next two pairs were a size XL-Tall for a more baggy slouchy look. Then I wanted two darker pairs that were more fitted on the waist but still baggier so I got the L-Tall. They're so comfortable but without sacrificing style. If you want them to be true mid rise, size down. If you want to wear them a little higher or even baggier and lower rise — size up.

Love them, i'm 5' and the length for petite is perfect. Really confortable.

I like these pants - the fabric comfy and the style is flattering but the sizing is all over the place. I'm 5'1 around 168 lbs. The large is HUGE but the large petite is a bit small. Medium is significantly smaller than large - closer to the large petite in fit. It's really would you rather be super loose and baggy or a little snug

Sadly these were an absolute miss for me. The horseshoe was so exaggerated at the bottom, I look like a rodeo clown. I've seen other Gap jeans that work in this style, but these aren't them. I'm 5"9, 165 lbs. I'm postpartum and used to be a medium before pregnancy, now a large. I chose medium because people said to size down. Ordered the black wash in regular length. They fit in the waist and were full length in the leg - it was just the leg shape that was wildly off. Just bad. Will be returning sadly.

I ordered a large, which is my usual Gap size. This jeans are huge, the crotch hung half way down my thigh, was uncomfortable. The material is heavy, not good quality. Disappointed, and will be returning them.
