Bought this as a comfortable alternative to a Halloween costume for my 11-month old while I was also buying it in larger sizes for my 3-year-old. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tulle skirt was reasonably short for a crawling baby, especially compared to the slightly longer toddler version. Overall seems like a high quality piece, which it should be for the price. However, the lightest blue pieces of tulle aren't sewed evenly and so the skirt is a little lopsided. Not a huge deal because my toddler is always moving anyway, but again, I expected more for the cost. #sweepstakes

I have saw this same dress in another store and comparing it to the Gap brand it was nothing nowhere near the quality. The dress from the other store was looking cheap. The Gap brand is elegant all the way I love it. Can't wait for my granddaughter to wear it on Halloween.
