Weird Hem at the End

I would have loved this top as it has a nice scoop neck and material feels great, but the hem at the end feels weird. It is the only part of the top that is not stretchy. Also, it is a bit see-through so I do not feel comfortable wearing this to work with a long sleeve. I got the Modern Tank instead...

I purchased this tee shirt on sale. Great price. The color is vibrant. The material is fairly soft and not itchy. I purchased my normal size which is a large. The shirt is not tight and fitted to the body like most tees. The arm pit area and waist fit loose but not baggy. I am a 38DD and the large fits but not snug. I like the fact it's looser around the waist . I tried the medium which fitted a little tighter but was too short at the waist for me. I have not worn nor washed it, so I cannot comment on how it will hold up.
