Weird Hem at the End

I would have loved this top as it has a nice scoop neck and material feels great, but the hem at the end feels weird. It is the only part of the top that is not stretchy. Also, it is a bit see-through so I do not feel comfortable wearing this to work with a long sleeve. I got the Modern Tank instead...

I read some reviews saying the top felt cheap and I thought how bad could it be? Unfortunately it was worse than I expected. It's so thin and the bottom hem has ZERO stretch so the seams have ripped after one wear. It also stretches out quickly. I got it on sale and it still wasn't worth the price.

Love the fit and length of this tank. It's fitted but not tight. The material is a good weight. The straps are wide enough and in the perfect place to cover your bra. The length is perfect. No extra length to tuck in or gather but not too short or cropped either. I will be buying more colors. True to size.
