I like them a lot better than I thought I would! They're a good weight. I'm still losing baby weight so I sized up. At 135lbs and 5'4", the size 27 regular length fits great!! I haven't washed them yet, so I'm not sure if they'll shrink at all, but I might need to shorten them maybe a centimeter if ...I want to wear them with flats and not have them touch the ground. The weight is nice. I feel like the modeled picture makes the jeans look like lightweight jeans, but they're definitely not. The side panel widens at the bottom so it makes the jeans look more wide leg than they are. I didn't think I'd like the raw hem, but the undone hem look is pretty cute on these jeans. I got them because they were on sale and I love the high rise stride fit. I really didn't think I'd like them that much, but now I'm wondering if I should get another pair. It makes a simple jean and T-shirt outfit a little more interesting. Definitely recommend!
I bought these in December, size 27 (4) long and they fit beautifully. I love them so much I came back to buy more. I bought them in the dark wash and black. The size 27 long was so small I couldn't get the zipper up. So, I returned them and ordered size 28 long. Those were also too tight! I ha...d to return those too. I read the reviews and I don't understand why the sizing is such a problem for me. So, dear GAP, can you please explain the discrepancy in the sizes of these jeans? I am so disappointed. 5 stars for the first pair, 2 stars for the last 4 pairs that didn't fit and the hassle of returning them.

I'm 5'3 and get the petit sizing which I would say are true to size. Absolutely love this cut and style. I have them in a few colors and they have been my go to pants for the past 2 or 3 years. My daughter also has two pairs in her size. we style them quite differently from each other and both of us get compliments on them often. I love the quality of the jean. i prefer i thicker jean but one that still has a little give which is what you get with these jeans.

Tbvh, I bought these because of the Katseye ad….I figured if people can dance in them like that, they must be comfortable jeans. And they are! Bought online according to my measurements and they fit perfectly, which isn't always the case with jeans but the size chart here seems very accurate.

I recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes, size 24 waist was tight with no give. The petite length with the cuffed style makes it look too short. I would stick to style without cuffed and get regular size. #sweepstakes
