    I was so excited to receive the order and when I got them it was a complete different model of jeans. This is so frustrating I was about to use them on my vacation!!!! Now I have even to de deal with the return and no pants 👎👎👎

    These jeans were ordered a size down from the first pair (different color) as the first pair was acceptable but big on my teen's waist. This "size-down" pair is literally 3+ full inches LARGER in the waist and length- obviously the size attached is NOT accurate. Due to GAP return policy, we're pretty much stuck with this pair as stores don't want to take "online returns" and won't exchange. Customer service for purchases now sucks
