    if you're short, these are high rise NOT mid-rise

    love the length and baggy fit, but the rise is way too high if you're short like me (5'5"). I'd love a pair of these that sat on my hip bones rather than my rib bones.

    These shorts have a low swung fit and high fashion attitude! They fall just above my knees and just below my belly button, but I tell you it's the swing of the roomy thigh that gives them (and you) the perfect swag for just about any event you choose to wear them. The sizing was just right too. I always order two sizes because different brands often fit me differently. The 33 was perfect so I exchanged the 34 down to the 33. You will LOVE them I certainly do!

    I am an older woman, but I can always find clothes at the Gap that I LOVE!! When I saw these shorts I didn't hesitate to order them. They are the perfect length, so very soft, and the red is sooo pretty. I have washed them several times and the color has not faded at all. I am extremely HAPPY!!!
