My daughter has sent back every single pair of jeans I've tried to buy her starting at age 5. She's 8 now and this is the 3rd year in a row that she's kept these jeans. Shockingly, to me at least, she loves the button fly jeans the best. She is tall and skinny so we've consistently ordered a size sl...im in the next size up (for example, this year, she's wearing a 10 slim). They fit perfectly, she wants to wear them multiple days a week, and she feels great in them. Please never stop making them, GAP!
I wanted to keep these for my girl but if your child has a small waist and long legs, these aren't the jeans! Way too short! I need a size 12 girls in extra long!! Trying some different styles.

These are so cute! I purchased a 12 slim for my tall 11 year old and they are a perfect fit. The white ones have a seam down the center, which looks so nice on.

My daughter has these in the blue and the coral (and other colors in this style but they are a bit different with different fly and hems) and they're her absolute favorite pants- I had to buy in all the colors in her size. They're SO soft (the blue with the button/snap fly). Fyi the fly is snaps through size 8 and then are real buttons for size 10 and up!
