I am in love with this dress. I was looking for a blue dress that I could wear to a rehearsal dinner for a wedding but also could get a lot of wear out of in the summer (ie dress up or down) and this is it! It's a beautiful navy blue color. I ordered a small (Tall) because even though I have wider hips, I do have a smaller waist and it fits my body so well. Even though I do not care for the shelf bra (I don't care for shelf bras in general) because I do have a larger chest but it still fits my chest. For reference I am 5'9, 36D bust, 188 lbs.
