These underwear are soft and nice, but they are label-less and do NOT say that they are organic. Just "cotton." The plastic bag they shipped in said organic, but no proof on the item itself, and organic cotton is usually prominently stated on the garment or garment tag. I called customer support about this and got a ridiculous runaround. The rep knew nothing; she could not confirm or deny that the item was indeed organic cotton. She could not answer any questions, all she could offer was suggest I return them. She indicated that if I repurchased them, "maybe next time" I would get ones that said "organic" inside. Ridiculous! I'm disappointed in GAP.

The underwear do not say organic cotton on them where it is written what they are made of, it just says cotton. Not entirely impressed with the quality of the underwear, they seem cheaply made and I don't know if they were made with longevity in mind, they seem kind of flimsy. I was looking forward to organic cotton high waist underwear but I am disappointed especially with the thickness and strength resilience of the fabric it does not seem to be worth the price paid for them.
