These are my absolute all time favorite underwear. They are extremely high quality for the price, and so, so comfortable. If you're looking for good organic cotton undies that aren't going to break the bank, look no further! They wear and wash super well, and are super soft from the outset. I find t...hat the high rise fit me at such a great place, not too high waisted but just enough to feel "held in". Can't recommend all of Gap's organic cotton undies enough.
Buyer beware - if you loved the cotton hipster, these are not for you. These are made of the same soft fabric as the prior version of GAP organic cotton high rise hipster; however, that's where the similarities end. The waistband on these is thin and tighter (the thick waistband was a cute accent o...n the hipster and was very comfortable), and the legs are higher cut and ride up on the booty as they are a brief. Because they are brief underwear, the lines can be seen under clothing, while the hipsters were nearly invisible and could be worn under almost anything. The only reason I purchased these was it looks like GAP is not longer making my favorite underwear, the hipster, and I was hoping I could make these work instead. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing again and will have to look elsewhere for underwear.

Ordered Medium (normally a Medium) but was too large in back side area causing too much shifting & wedgies. Decided to try a Small & now found a better fit. Still NOT anywhere near as good as the Original High Rise Hipsters but since Gap once again discontinued a great thing, guess I'm stuck w/ these until I can find another brand! #sweepstakes
