    Good pants with nice design, BUT terrible delivery experience! UPS threw this package somewhere else and sent email of delivery confirmation. I contacted with Customer Service, the agent keeps saying I needed to wait for 2-3 days and claimed lost or delivery issue. While I was waiting size L is sold out, my daughter was disappointed a lot. Later someone (assuming my neighbor) dropped the package into our mail box. I honestly walked all around neighbors home and looked for the package. UPS showed the photo of delivery, I couldn't find any same entrance around my neighbors. Just bad experience or delivery and disappointing on customer services! This is not first time that UPS delivered the package somewhere else!!!!!! 2nd time of this year, GAP please change the shipping company which is more reliable.
