Runs a little small. Got my usual size medium and it is a perfect fit. Hopefully it won't shrink at all after washing
This top is adorable; if you were in middle school in the late 80's/early 90's you'll love the wash. And the pearl snaps are adorable. But this top is teeny-tiny! I'm normally a M in Gap tops & ordered my usual size. The shoulders on this top would fit someone much more petite than I am. It has more... of a fitted waist too, which is cute but also...tiny. I am going to exchange it b/c I think it's a great piece but I am exchanging my usual M for an XL since it runs so small.

I think it's really cute on. Holding it up to their Classic Denim shirt in a S this shirt was a couple inches wider in the shoulders and an inch longer in the sleeves. It is nipped in at the waist which might be why some reviewers feel it runs small. So to me it runs true to size.
