This same dress came out last year but in a faded blue and acid-wash grey and I bought 3(!) of each colour - I got them on sale - thinking Gap wouldn't release it ever again and I was going to dye them black, but I was wrong. Black should always be available in every style because there's definitely... an audience for it. So I got it now and it fits much smaller this year than last year. I tried medium tall and large tall, but I'm going to keep the large tall because my weight fluctuates and I the looser fit is good for concealing my lower belly. I'm 5'2" - 118# - 32A - 25" waist - 38" thighs, and the large tall hits me right at the feet - which would mean the hem would get dirty faster but I think I'll just deal with it. This is pretty loose in my chest. However the medium tall fits me like a glove, is just above my ankle, but I don't like how I can see my lower belly because it's fitted around my tummy - which measures 30" around my belly button. I like the thick fabric because I live in Toronto and I normally feel cold. I love that the black is pure black.
