This dress looked tailored made to accentuate my baby bump, making the rest of my body looking slim and flattering. I'm a XS pre pregnancy, and I ordered a medium for this dress, it was a bit loose on me. I'd order a small if you are under 135lbs Right now.

Weight 120–130 lbs

Bought size Small (5'3" 125 lbs, pre-pregnancy size 2 or 4). This was already too form fitting & the neckline felt tight. Note: I generally prefer looser clothing & am generally very sensitive to constricting necklines so may be totally fine for others. Recommend size up.
