I have the worst time looking for jeans. I want to be comfortable, but wear jeans and these fit the bill. The denim is lighter fabric and will stretch, but that was what I was looking for. I have a thick waist so high waisted jeans constrict my stomach, but this one is very relaxed and I can wear it... day to day without issue. I am usually a 29 or 30 in jeans, more 30 in gap jeans, but for these the 29s have room to spare. I am a 29 inseam and bought the regular short and the length looks as it does in the photo. I loved them so much that I bought a couple more 90s loose jeans but the sizing is all over the place, so if you like these don't expect the other 90s loose jeans to be the same sizing.
fit true to the size chart( at first), but they tend to become very baggy in about an hour or two. The reg. Length was just perfect for me at 5"4. If your waist is proportionally smaller, I would definitely size down. I could have done with a size smaller for sure, but these work as a very loose je...an. The front rise is 9 inches, not the 11 stated in the description, although I suspect this will vary pair-by-pair. I'd call this a lightweight denim, a true loose straight-leg, very dark wash with no fading, no chemical or dye smell, a decent pair of jeans. Not worth the full price (tag said over $70!) in my opinion, but good at the sale price .

I really like the style, color, comfort of these jeans. I was also happy that Gap offers a short length. I prefer to avoid shortening any type of pants. I did find that the waist was somewhat larger than expected, however this may change after washing and drying.

These jeans fit me so well! No need to take the waist in or change the hem. They are loose but flattering, and made of good sturdy denim, but light weight enough to be comfortable. Just bought my second pair!

Very comfortable, fit a bit big but that's to be expected with loose jeans. I ordered a 27 and a 28 (I'm normally a 28) and kept the 27s. They stretch out a bit after wearing but not much. #sweepstakes

I find these jeans very comfortable and flattering. I do find GAP jeans confusing since I have other '90s Loose jeans that fit nothing like these ones. I encourage others to try jeans rather than make assumptions. :) I was pleasantly surprised by these ones.

gapcanada.ca/I had '90's high-rise loose jeans years ago. Gap didn't have them for a while, only mid-rise. I got these, they had more stretch than I remember, the leg is wider. Same with the waist by a bit. The length is long for petites, I'm 5'1 and I have to cuff them.
