Zipper broke after wearing it twice

I really love where gap is heading with their design and construction, and I haven't been disappointed before this purchase, but the zip failed with minimal use. The zipper snapped easily and it feels soft like molded lead and overall struggles to glide. I've barely worn it but now it's trash.
