These will probably be your "go to" pants when the dog days of Summer set in. They are a light linen/cotton mixture, loose but not riMichael C.diculously so and the subtle herringbone design is a nice touch. The waist is true to size, maybe a tad big, but that can be fixed with a belt. I bought t...wo pairs in brown and I'm glad I did, as it looks like they've sold out.
I've been a loyal customer of Gap and Old Navy for years, placing orders regularly. But I'm extremely disappointed with how my recent order was handled. I ordered six items, and when my package arrived, one item was missing. I contacted customer service, and they initially opened a claim. However, t...he next day I received an email saying my refund was denied. When I called back, I was told it was because I had previously filed a missing package report — even though that issue was due to Gap delivering to the wrong address, not my mistake. I'm now being punished for Gap's previous error, and they refused to refund me for a missing item. This feels incredibly unfair and frankly like theft. I've been a regular shopper, but this experience has really shaken my trust. If this is how customer service treats loyal customers, I'll think twice before shopping here again.

I bought these for my partner and while they are very nice quality, I had to exchange them for a smaller size twice. They run very large (I understand they are a loose fit, but loose is not falling off.) Order down a size or two.
