I'm in love. Dress is gorgeous and the belted waist makes it figure flattering. I'm usually on the border of M/L for dresses, but wear a Large 80% of the time, and the L was way too big for me. Not just around the waist, but super baggy in the back and shoulders as well. The M fits great. My sugges...tion is to size down. I ordered this online and ending up going to the store to swap out dresses. Don't be me! Get the right size, or get both and send the other one back. Final note: Great if you're chesty! Major bonus!! The struggle with that one is REAL.
I'm 5'1", 160lbs and usually a size L in Gap tshirts (if I want a little bit if extra room but still fitted). I bought this dress in size M and had to return it as it was just too much material for me. I didn't find it flattering and just made me look frumpy. Too bad because I love cotton dresses! D...efinitely size down if you're looking to try this item.

I am 5'1 107lbs. Bought petite XS. It's perfect. The arms, length, waist, shoulders all fit and fall on me just right. The fabric is thin but not sheer. Will wear well to work, church, dates. In the fall I will pair with black tights or just black booties. I am very satisfied and wish more dresses were made as well. It's been a while since a Gap dress wasn't so boxy and unflattering. This hits all the marks.

This is a cute dress, the material felt light, but it was too big. I purchased an XL and I was swimming in it. I sent the dress to my mom. Hopefully it fits her well, as it is a final sale item and can not be returned.
