Built in shelf bra does not provide a lot of support, but I was looking for a tank that was soft and comfortable - so this fits the bill. The straps are easy to adjust on your own & I can easily clasp the racerback by myself, which adds a little more side support. I feel like these run pretty true t...o size, I am 38 weeks pregnant and ordered a M & L, but the Medium got cancelled. I think I'll be fine in the L, band size measuring 38 C and the L fits fine, not too tight and not too loose. I will order more for sure because I love the material and length.

it functions, but not prettily
It functions. The material is incredibly thin, so thin you can see thru it. The shoulder straps are really narrow, so not a lot of support for heavy nursing b00bs. The sling inside the shelf bra has a weird fit, so that you can see the shape of it thru the thin fabric of the tank, and it makes b00bs... shaped weird -- not flattering. I wouldn't dare wear this thing out of the house, but it functions. I wear it to bed. Also, it's very short. I have a short torso, so it doesn't bother me much, but if you have a longer torso, you might want to look elsewhere.
For reference, postpartum size: 115 lb, 5'2", 32DD.
I was so excited for this one, despite the great material they were tooo tight which made them very uncomfortable, I had already washed them so couldn't return
