I bought this dress for work it fits perfect it's a great dress to wear for work or in the weekends with a simple cardigan.

Missed opportunity here on what might've been a great dress due to poor production quality - the fabric buckles at the juncture of the removable strap, as shown in photo (I ordered the dress in an XXS and XS and this defect appeared on both). It is very obvious when worn and makes the dress look cheap and shoddy (which sadly it clearly is). It's rather interesting that in the online pics the model has a sweater draped over this area of the dress some of the colors. This defect might have been mitigated by not having removable straps (a needless feature) - and speaking of features, the dress absolutely should have been constructed with pockets. It's a miss, unfortunately.
