I've tested countless heavy weight shirts from Merz B Schwanen to Buck Mason and this is hands down my favorite shirt. I used to own a black Gap V-Neck for years. I'm pretty sure I stretched out the collar from my own doing, but these shirts are perfect. I'm so glad they brought in the true black be...cause I bought it immediately. I own them in the basic essential colors (grey, white and black). Keep making cropped shirts Gap they fit the proportions of everyone's natural waist. It's a perfect heavy weight T-Shirt.
SO bummed they stopped selling the oversized tshirt for women. I bought most, although limited, colors and even 2 sizes but was really hoping to get more colors. These are very similar with same awesome material, weight etc, but way too long for a 5'6 female. And the crop version is a good length b...ut the neckline is huge. So hoping they bring back a similar cut that the previous women's oversized tshirt. But overall gut a guy i imagine these are great.

I've been looking for this type of heavy weight, good quality cotton boxy T-shirts for a long time. Years ago we could get a good quality, heavier, weight cotton T-shirt in the women's section at the GAP but now it's only in the men's section that we can find such a T-shirt. Why is that well I'm glad they had it in the men's section and that I can make it fit for a woman who wears a size 10 dress I bought a size small in the men's because I know that it would shrink a bit at the first wash. I am very careful at washing my clothes: the whites with the whites and warm to cold water. I do not fully dry I put it in the dryer for 3 to 5 minutes, medium to unwrinkle and complete drying on a hanger. I am really glad I found these. I bought 6 white, 1 washout blue, 1khaki green, and 2 grey all the same size and same style. No, I need to talk about where I bought them and the amazing help. I got while shopping and being on the hunt for a good T-shirt. I was in Santa Barbara California bought it at the El Paseo store and amazing. Jeanette helped me very patiently to find what I wanted. She listened. She heard and She understood. I definitely would recommend buying this T-shirt. If you are looking for a good quality cotton and a nice thickness that doesn't show everything you have under.👍

Fits wonderfully and the brown color is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it is not heavyweight cotton like the other color heavyweight cropped shirts I have. It might just be a bad/inconsistent batch since Gap has many production sites around the world, but this one is not for me. It feels like a downgrade for the price.

It is new and there is discolouration and fading at the collar already. Poor quality, likely will colour run.
