This dress really should have pockets for the pricepoint. In fact, I am a firm believer that all dresses except for maybe silks should have pockets. That said, this dress is so cute, not too short, and is super comfortable for summer. The elastic straps feel like they might stretch out too much in a... year or so, but otherwise fits really well. I'm petite with a large bust over 200 lbs and the XL fit well.
I was waiting for this to become available in my size and grabbed it the second I saw it in a small (I'm a true small, 5'2, 125 lbs, big boobs, but pretty petite) It ran really large- I would say this felt like a whole size too big, so I'd recommend sizing down a size. The straps also didn't fall fl...at the way it looks on the model. I have other Gap x DOEN pieces that look a lot more expensive, but this wasn't one of them IMO.

This dress is very cute! It's soft and drapey. Yes, the straps do need to be placed on the shoulder as it would be prone to twisting but stays put once put in to place. I took off one star since I think its very pricey for what is it.

I was waiting for this to become available in my size and grabbed it the second I saw it in a small (I'm a true small, 5'2, 125 lbs, big boobs, but pretty petite) It ran really large- I would say this felt like a whole size too big, so I'd recommend sizing down a size. The straps also didn't fall flat the way it looks on the model. I have other Gap x DOEN pieces that look a lot more expensive, but this wasn't one of them IMO.

This is actually a cute dress I almost kept. Loved that it is lined, pretty fabric but the color just wasn't it. Would love this dress in white. The length was great. The straps felt and looked stretched out & worn and did not liay flat. The elastic felt stretched out. At this price point it should have pockets and nicer straps. If it did I would have kept it!
