    The dress is beautiful except that it is tight in the bust, even when I wear a minimizer. Unfortunately, I cannot return it, even with the tags still on it, because the 30-day time has passed, and the call center customer service rep (or AI?) was not helpful and was following a script, repeating the same overly formal line. I wish exceptions could be made for an exchange for a popular limited edition item like this that is still on shelves, and I have the original tags still on the garment. Disappointed as most of my GAP purchases have been true to size and excellent quality (especially the Stride jeans)

    Love this dress and I absolutely love the fit. The material is a little thicker and not as soft as I was expecting but definitely high quality. I have quite a few down dresses and this fit is almost identical to a similar dress I have. I love that the tie in the front actually adjusts the neckline because my other dress it's just for show.
