These are relaxed but not baggy and more polished than tie waist or elasticized linen pants. There is no stretch so I like the amount of ease. The rayon/viscose adds a nice drape and reduces wrinkling slightly but is not soft on the inside so may bother those with sensitive skin. I got these to wear...

I love these pants. They fit around my waist nicely. I was worried that the crotch of the pant in the gingham would look awkward but it doesn't. I bought a 14 tall because some reviews suggested they were too cropped. However they ended up being way too long - I should've just gotten the regular 14s. Don't make my mistake if you're average height!
