These are relaxed but not baggy and more polished than tie waist or elasticized linen pants. There is no stretch so I like the amount of ease. I bought these pants to go with the long line vest and they work well. I bought a size 6 and 8 and found the six fit better because they are a looser pant in the leg. The waist is definitely smaller, but it worked for me.

These are great pants with a smooth, flattering fit. The size 8 in black gingham fits me perfectly. I ordered the off-white ones in the same size, which is usually what I wear. The white ones are way too small. I'm going to try them in a 10. Don't know whether the sizing varies by color or is more random.
