Absolutely thrilled with this purchase! The denim dress is a bit on the heavier side (in weight, not attitude), but it's crafted beautifully. The length, shape, and material are spot on! It's been ages since I found a dress that actually accentuates my waist, and this one fits like a glove—without m...aking me feel like I'm in a straightjacket. The smock on the side gives just enough stretch for freedom of movement. Plus, the straps are wide enough to discreetly hide your bra, if you're wearing one. And can we talk about how it highlights the girls without putting them on display? I'm a 38D, and this neckline is both flattering and sexy, without a hint of cleavage. The heavy-duty zipper stays put, so no accidental unzipping incidents—always a bonus. Honestly, the zipper adds an extra touch of sultriness. I got the petite L size, and the length is perfect for me, just an inch or two above the ankle. For reference, I'm 5 feet, 160 lbs, and usually wear a 12P.
This dress is the perfect denim dress…except the top of the bodice. As other reviewers have mentioned, it has a design flaw that I can't get past. The top of the bodice is gape-y and not fitted well like the rest of the dress. It's such a shame because otherwise the petite L was true to size and fit... me perfectly. I wish Gap would let me include pictures of what I'm talking about so you could see. Have to return because I can't bring myself to wear a dress with such poor design at the top.

Such soft denim! Love the two way zipper! Easy on off! Easy to wear. Got my normal size tall small- fit perfectly! I'm 6'1 142 lbs for reference. Dress hits same as model in pic. Low calf just above ankles. Adjustable straps but didn't need to move button. Good as is.
