    technically should have bought a petite , but wasnt available (5'4" & a bit) sleeves are long, & extra length on back but otherwise a nice design for those of us in the throes of menopause , gaining weight & wanting to hide it ! :) the cinching of the back waist is a great idea! need more colours !! hot pink , olive etc

    Maybe I overlooked the volume at the sleeves on this one before I ordered it… it's almost a dolman sleeve which is funky for a structured shirt dress. The waist is adorable but there was too much volume everywhere else.
