I absolutely love this dress, heavy weight denim and it's not to short! I am 5'7 and I purchased an XL because I'm curvy. My usual size is a 12/14
I tried this dress on in the store and the first thing I noticed was the sleeves were bulky and bothersome for me. I'm 5.2 and around 125lbs and the sleeves overwhelmed my body. And for me the fabric was a bit heavy and made me feel hot.

Gorgeous dress, very high quality but looks horrible on my 5ft frame. I look like a football player! I think you need to be bottom heavy or tall to pull this off!

Suggested to size 1 up. She usually wears a M but after reading previous reviews I decided to order a L because the denim had no stretch. Looks really much better on than photographed. She loves it so much. Length wise, was a slight concern, sits roughly along the arms length so be mindful when up escalators and picking up stuff, lol. We're definitely ordering that olive and also black.
