It does fit as oversized but it's not too large and baggy looking. My granddaughter loves it and can't believe how comfortable it is.
I bought my usual size in both the grey and dip blue, expecting the stated baggy fit with just a little more length than the usual sweatshirt. It's more like a boxy fit, not longer than a normal sweatshirt, and weirdly it has ridiculously short arms. Not at all like the "oversized, and wear it with ...leggings!!!" marketing in the description. Then if you put it in the dryer it will shrink two sizes. Useless now.

Nothing about this was over sized! The torso part fit true to size, but the arms were entirely too small. I got my normal size and the arms ended up being 3/4 length on me. For reference, my 2 year old sister wore it and the sleeves were closer to fitting her then they were me.The style and design is absolutely adorable though, so if you decide to get it, SIZE UP AT LEAST 2-3 from your normal size because of the sleeves!!

I got this on sale, what a deal for less than 10 bucks. Amazing quality and great fit. BTW this is trully oversized. so be sure that is what you want when purchasing.

Extremely disappointed with this hoodie. It came with really short 3/4 length sleeves and is tiny. Not at all like the picture. Will have to return as it is not oversized and is made to fit a toddler.
