True to size. The buttons are small but not too hard to close. The bottom of the sleeves are not stretchy so if you're ever wanting to pull them above your elbows you probably won't be able to. Color is as pictured. I think it's really great quality! And quite comfortable to sleep in. Usually a collar bothers me at night but this one doesn't.

The shirt itself is nice and was bought as a gift. The thing that upset me was I was under the impression that it came as a set with the bottoms. A little pricey when you consider receiving only one item. The picture itself shows "matching set" on it which makes one think they are getting the top and bottoms. Now I am spending more and hoping to receive the item in time for Christmas.
