    Not a jacket in any sense of the word. It is one single layer of thin poly fleece, with some jacket style pockets and a metal zipper.     This is a gift for my brother in law, as my sister said he needed something that he could work outside in that is warm. It fits the mark to a tee. It is moveable and breathable and warm.
