It was important to have a classic white linen shirt. I can't go wrong with that. There's going to be moments it's needed. It's perfect, it has nice flowy feel. I feel like I am on the islands when I put it on. Now, I did purchase a Gap factory linen shirt and it is not as flowy. It does what does, ...it's nice also. But this regular Gap linen is way better in fabric, weight, feels cooler, and flow, It is also looser, but I like that. The Gap factory has a slimmer fit. I am assuming the Gap factory is last years or different quality or version. Any way I love this shirt.
I have owned one of these Oxford shirts for years and loved it. Decided to buy another color, but the new one is huge on me. It's baggy and too long in the body, and the sleeves are too long as well. Does not look professional at all. Irritating that sizes can't be consistent, even in the same produ...ct.

I picked up this plaid button-down from Gap and was immediately impressed by the quality. The material is incredibly soft — it feels broken-in from day one without looking worn. It's lightweight but still has enough structure to hold its shape, making it great for layering or wearing on its own. The fit is spot-on (true to size), and the plaid pattern is classic without being boring. You can dress it up or down, which makes it super versatile. Easily one of the most comfortable shirts I own — highly recommend!

A roomy shirt that flows nicely and is formal enough to go from church to brunch.

I'm a woman and bought an XS. It's a little long, but the fabric is a nice weight. I wish there was a pop of color in the pattern. Maybe a bright orange? But it's a solid basic shirt

Nice shirt for the price. You can either wear it tuck in or out which makes it nice for a casual or semi formal look. The shirt seems to run a little larger than normal.

I got this for a wedding we will be attending this month. My husband always complains most of his collared shirts are tight. I had to get this from the GAP to show him that most brands are slimmer. So if your hubby is a little on the stocky side get this top. It is roomy and easy to handle in the wash too.
