Gap you got these right. These have a flattering crew neck, not too high like it's going to choke you as some of Gap's other t-shirt designs. The fabric is great for hot humid summer (Iowa) days. I wear them to work with casual pants, nice necklace, and a belt for a business casual office. Although ...untucked the curve at the bottom also is dressy for work. The terra brown is heathered (see the close up fabric photo.) I bought navy, brown, and black. Berry is the next purchase. Gap please keep this design and fabric exactly as is. P.S. I'm not Gap's typical demographic. I'm 61 and petite and find it hard to find sizes in clothing that looks good and fits just right.
I loved the feel of this shirt and prefer tees over tanks for summer walks, but I felt like it ran really short, not exactly cropped, but short enough that I wasn't comfortable. I'll return the small for a medium and see if that works. For reference I'm 4'11", 120 pounds. Otherwise, it fit well - no...t too tight, not too loose.

The black is great for everyday wear. The white is pretty see-through though so plan accordingly. My arms are a bit muscular and I like the sleeve length because they aren't cap-sleeved. I don't really wear them as an active tee because I'm not a fan of the curved hem for the activities I enjoy and they don't wick much sweat. My husband has the mens version and wears them running and is always soaked but he does find them comfortable.

I bought a same shirt two or three years ago, but the fabric material is much better than this one, the former one I bought is made from much better cotton material.
