I almost didn't order the Black Cropped Velvet Shirt because of the sizing issues in the reviews. I'm pleased I ordered, but with the recommendation to SIZE UP. I'm tall and usually wear a Medium top. Sometimes, if I want a looser fit, I'll order Large. In this case, I wanted a slim fit but ordered ...a Tall Large because of reviewer suggestions. They were spot-on! The Tall Large is a very slim fit on me. I can button it (absolute largest part of my chest is 37.5/38 inches), move my arms comfortably, and the length hits right below my navel/at the top of my hip bone. This shirt is exactly right for my needs. It's gorgeous, comfortable, and will be quite versatile in my wardrobe.
It's a lovely top with nice etching designs. I wouldn't say the material was cheap, it's thin and meant to be worn over a tank top or camisole. I thought it was a bit too cropped and sleeves were 2-3 inches too long for me. Armpits cut a little high but size M didn't feel too sm.

This is such a beautiful top. Looks great over a cropped black cami and with high waisted pant or skirt. Love this top for its versatility. Can wear it all seasons including summer, as a cover over tank. Absolutely love this!

The quality is low, the material is cheap and runs very small. My size is L/XL and I bought XXL which is too tight to feel comfortable. I will never pay even sale price for this item.

Beautiful! Runs slightly small in shoulders / chest in my opinion compared to other Gap sizing. Otherwise I love it!
