I bought a package of 5 Low Rise Hipster, white, black and beige. After washing them several times the elastic got destroyed completely, not able to wear them anymore. I tried to contact customer service email to send the pictures of the destroyed underwear and no luck finding any email address,, I contacted the chat and was not very helpful.
