I bought a package of 5 Low Rise Hipster, white, black and beige. After washing them several times the elastic got destroyed completely, not able to wear them anymore. I tried to contact customer service email to send the pictures of the destroyed underwear and no luck finding any email address,, I contacted the chat and was not very helpful. I really don't understand how anyone likes these. I am always a size small in underwear, and these are Unbearable to wear. So tight. They dig in in all the wrong places and are incredibly unflattering under pants. It's too bad that you can Return underwear after trying them, but I would if I could!
