Really great price for organic cotton underwear. They are well made and comfortable.
I was running low on underwear and decided to splurge on these 100% cotton ones that I thought would be good quality. After a single wash, one pair was already fraying so much it was unwearable. Instead of being able to just send back one, they told me to get any help I would need to go to the post office (taking time off work) to mail back all 5 pairs and wait 25 days until everything is processed. It took 20 minutes with customer service to get this situation worked out. I'm extremely annoyed at the product quality and Gap customer service. Why is it so hard to get a decent pair of underwear as a woman!! If I didn't have the fraying/customer service issue, these would have been great.
Comfortable but very disappointing. These started to fray quickly after washing. Wore only 3 times. Dried on low as it instructed. Was told they could do price adjustment, but would have to return and re-order.
