Great jeans. Not too flared. I really like GAP clothes but unfortunately they do not make a size 25 short in their jeans. I need a 25 in the waist, but in the "short" length. The petite is sometimes too short in length and too short waisted for me. I can't understand why they make every other size... available in the short length except 25. I bought the petite, but I can't wear them with higher heels. Otherwise, I love them. I could have brought the 25 regular and had them hemmed, but hemmed jeans never look quite right. I would like to continue to buy my jeans from GAP, as well as other items, but it is very frustrating that they have excluded my size in jeans.
I was looking forward to these based on all the good reviews. Unfortunately I didn't think they looked as good in person. The model photos are shot from a lower angle accentuating the bottoms. But they're not really true flares, they're more like semi-wide leg. It's like flares for people afraid of ...flares. The other thing I noticed on mine is that the waist line dips down to the button, creating a triangular shape on my midriff instead of going straight across. Which meant if I wore a cropped top where the hem kisses the pant waist, there was a pretty obvious triangle of skin showing smack in the middle. Not groovy. Quality wise they seem good though, fit true to size, and shipping was super quick. Thus the 3/5 stars.

Nice quality jeans, nice high rise and waist fit is perfect. Sadly far too long even though I ordered petite. I would get hemmed except the entire flare would be lost.

I had heard about the fit of these jeans so when I needed an updated (flare) pair of black jeans, I tried these. Ordered my regular size, the petite length was perfect for my 5'3" height. There is enough stretch to give a snug but not too snug fit through hips and upper legs but wide enough at bottom to be stylist. On sale price and free shipping was a bonus!
