Please make these in more solid colors, especially dark indigo-purple (violet-blue), dark fuschia purple, medium or dark turquoise blue, dark chocolate brown, and dark teal. Please make your T-shirt bra in matching colors to the cotton hipster. I wish there were more matching set options. On quality..., most pairs have held up well but I ordered a pair 2 months ago that already fell apart at the seams in the dryer (despite drying them on low heat & removing after 30 minutes) -- so I've dropped my review 4 stars to 5 stars. Consistent high quality & more colors would lift this to 5 stars.
Let me start by saying I don't like to write reviews. Who has time for that! But the horribleness of this underwear made me do it. I should also say I really like the old cotton stretch hipster style, which I have several pairs of. Since I needed new nude underwear, I ordered the ORGANIC COTTON STRE...TCH HIPSTER thinking it was the same as what I had before. I was so confident they would be great, I didn't even try them on before I washed them. BIG mistake! I tried them on today and they were awful! The rear covered is uncomfortable. It feels like the area where the crotch meets the rear is smaller not to mention they are cut higher on the cheeks. I know I have an ample rear end so good cheek coverage is hard to find but my other cotton stretch hipsters fit great! I am very sad. Not only do I have 3 pairs of underwear I can't wear but my old favorite style is a no go since the new cut is unwearable. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is the new style sits higher on the waist.

I've been wearing gap underwear forever and I don't know what they did but this version sucks. The material is different- it feels cheap in comparison to the old version and the sizing is totally different as well. Permanent wedgy I hate it. Wish I could return.

I've been buying the Organic Stretch Cotton Hipster for a while and always loved the quality, but my most recent purchase (March 12) feels different. The material isn't the same as before it seems thinner or less soft compared to my older pairs. I haven't worn this new batch yet, but just from comparing them side by side, there's a noticeable change. Hoping this isn't a permanent shift because I really liked how they used to feel.

I have been wearing these for over 10 years now and like other comments I have noticed quality and fit go down..elastic frayed after couple wears and fit is awkward too compare to old pairs.

Have worn this style from gap for 10+ years, and the fabric you used to have was real cotton soft and thick. To me these are now so thin you can see through the lighter fabrics. It seems and feels very cheap. They ride up and don't fit or feel good at all. The elastic has also been changed to this thinner material. I guess so it is smoother, but it is cheap and thin and does not last. It frays on all pairs. I still have a few from l5 years ago that are holding together but would like to buy new, who doesn't right? I have found a style at nautica that is similar and they are real cotton! I'm buying there now. Please bring back the older material.
