This is just terrible quality and super difficult to return. Crazy.
I received a cheap white shirt with an iron on print that says Big Sister that came from a company called Fifth Sun. It didn't even have GAP tags on it. Customer service told me I could only return as a damaged item for a refund in 25 days after a quality check. I told them it wasn't damaged and something was wrong and the agent hung up on me. I spend a lot of money outfitting my kids in GAP and I'm beyond disappointed with this experience. I now have to go into store if I want to deal with this. Think this is my last purchase.
