I have extremely sensitive skin and my nipples chafe quite easily. With my 2nd pregnancy, every bra was so uncomfortable until I tried this one on. This bra is easy on the skin and supportive enough that nothing is popping out or sagging too bad. I wear 38DD. Size 12 in tops, weighed 183lb prior to ...pregnancy and currently around 195lb for 17week pregnant and I bought XL. This cotton version does not stretch as much in the band around the ribs compared to their modal one with the same shape with a mesh triangle in the back. So it might feel a bit tight on the ribs the first time you wear it before the cotton stretches out. But the lack of stretch from the cotton fabric also means there's a bit more support and a little less sagging compared to the modal one.
Sized up per reviews, to size Medium. I'll be delivering my baby in a few days. I have been wearing my bras to sleep get used to the feeling, and this one is very uncomfortable! Tight and irritating. Maybe I got the wrong size, but can't return it now. Pre-pregnancy 32C/34B. 5'5", now 160lbs at term....

Runs very small. It says get your pre pregnancy size and that's definitely misleading.

Wish I sized up but now bigger sizes aren't available. Glad it's cotton and will probably fit for after postpartum I hope

I'm a 32DD and the small fits very well. Easy to use for nursing and it was one of the only cotton nursing bras I could find online.

It actually breathes and is very comfortable and easy to use. There's no need to fish around searing for the pieces to buckle back up after nursing. I have three now. I bought two about a year or two ago and they are still doing great and aren't stretched out despite having been worn very often. I have a smaller rib cage and while nursing I'm about 36-38 E-G in bra size (Depending on full/empty/engorged and baby's age).

If you're in between sizes, consider sizing up. Seams don't dig in, no falling out at night, fabric is a perfect combo of 95% soft cotton and 5% stretch.
