Weird sizing

I tried these a few times because the style is great. First off, the material is just what I was looking for. Soft, sturdy, not too heavy. Perfect for business casual. The problem is the sizing. I am normally an 8. The reviews said it ran small, so I ordered a 10 and 12 to try. Both were so tight in the waist and then good in the legs. So I returned and tried a 14. Still the same problem. These at least fit, although snug in the waist but I could zip and clasp them. But then the front and sides were too baggy. Wish there was another version of these where they are more proportional. Ended up returning all sizes.

Ordered a 14 and 16, kept the 16 waist still a little tight. They are NOT a slim cut by any means. A tight high waist, then drops to very baggy legs. Ordered these last week, they are now 60% off!!

I usually wear a size 0 and ordered a 2 Long. The pants fit nice on the waist and below my knees. From the knees to the waist were very off- big and sloppy looking like a couple of the models on the page. The material is so soft. Like suede. I contemplated taking them in but ended up returning them. It's something to do with in seam.
