These are our favorite PJ set. The cotton is so soft and my son loves it. We have it in 2 other colors as well. It's a slim fit PJ so i sized up so it's more comfortable. I bought size 5, my son is 3.5 yrs old, 40lbs

The design in the front melted
We love the gap toddler pjs and this is the first time it's happened, but we just bought these and washed them and the design on the front melted to itself somehow in the dryer. We didn't wash or dry any differently than normal so not sure what happened.
